It wasn’t made by a powerful single god, but rather by a loose community of lesser gods, some in the business of universes, some hobbyists. This universe wasn’t proprietary; its inhabitants could make changes, and could share their verison of reality with others. This sometimes made it a harder to live in than the other universe; compatability was an issue, with so many different variations on reality. But its residents enjoyed it all the same, even thumbing their nose at the mostly oblivious creatures next door.
